dc.description.abstractGünümüzde sağlık teknolojileri alanındaki hızlı gelişmelerin tıp vehasta bakımına yansımasıyla birlikte teknolojik aletlere bağımlı olarakev ortamında yaşamını sürdüren, özel bakım ihtiyacı olan çocuksayısı giderek artmaktadır. Bu gruptaki çocuklara evde multidisipliner,multifonksiyonel bir bakım gerekmektedir. Bakımın sunulmasındahekim, hemşire, fizyoterapist, sosyal hizmet uzmanı, psikolog gibisağlık çalışanları işbirliği içindedir. Bu derlemenin amacı teknolojiyebağımlı çocuğun evde bakımı konusuna dikkat çekmektir. Teknolojiyebağımlı çocuğun bakım hedeflerine ulaşması açısından ailenin bakımadahil edilmesi önemlidir. Bu çocukların evde bakımlarının iyileştirilmesiiçin evde bakım hizmetlerinin iyi planlanarak ailelerin eğitilmesigereklidir. Çünkü bu gruptaki çocukların taburcu edilmeleriningeciktirilmesi, hastane enfeksiyonu edinme riskini arttırabilir;hastanedeki kalış süresini daha da uzatabilir. Bu durum hem hastanemasraflarının artmasına hem de çocuk yoğun bakım yatağı işgalineneden olmaktadır. Bu nedenle evde sağlık bakımı, teknolojiye bağımlısüreğen hastalığı olan çocuklar ve aileleri için uygun bir alternatiftir.Evde bakım hizmetlerinin planlanması, değerlendirilmesi, destek veeğitim sistemlerinin oluşturulması, yasal düzenlemelerin yapılmasıgibi konularda çalışmalara gereksinim vardır.
