Mobbing is one of the most possible problems in the working environment and is an important concept should be cared. Even though there are many done studies in Turkey about this topic, the gaps in this field still attract attention. At this study, identifying the profile of mobbing in forest products industry field and determining the definition of mobbing behaviours in the enterprises, the relation of mobbing with organisation, victim or manager were aimed. As a result of this study; the frequency of mobbing in forest products industry field was found 21.67% and especially the employees, working for 6-10 years at the same enterprise were faced mobbing much more. Only 13.6% of employees heard about mobbing. Employees who are working at the same place upto 6-10 years were most exposed to mobbing than the others. Employees, having master's degree face with negative behaviours about work more than the others. At the forest products industry, the employees who are exposed to mobbing frequently don't know what to do. This situation creates negative results for themselves and the co-workers. Most of the enterprises in this industry are generally family companies. The close and relative relations between the people are causing them to accept mobbing and not react against it and abuser. The sector should inform the employees about mobbing and should underline that they should not accept such behaviours. Forest products industry is one of the most dangerous and tiring industry, unfortunately it is hard to find many done studies about mobbing. The purpose of the study is to fulfill this gap.
