dc.description.abstractWe give a counterexample to Lemma 18(a) and Conjecture 17 in our paper G. Grasegger, H. Guler, B. Jackson, and A. Nixon, Flexible circuits in the d-dimensional rigidity matroid, J. Graph Theory. 100 (2022), no. 2, 315–330. and provide a corrected proof for a weaker version of Lemma 18(a).
