Özet

ABSTRACT In this study, the effects of grafting tecniques, stock age and ortet difference on graft success rate were investigated by grafting scions obtained from 3 different ortet trees in “Gene Conservation Forest of Pyramidal Anatolian Black Pine, Gölköy –Kastamonu ” on 3+0 and 2+0 aged stocks with cleft and veneer graft tecniques. The grafts were done in March, 2003; and the graft success rate was evaluated at the end of the growing season. 65 % of sucess rate for cleft graft, and 36.7 % of success for veneer graft were designated, at the end of the growing season. The highest success rate was obtained for the cleft grafts which applied on the 3+0 aged stocks with the the scions of the 65 aged ortet tree.
