Bir Klonal Sarıçam (Pinus sylvestris L.) Tohum Bahçesinde Çiçeklenme Fenolojisi

Abstract

Çalışma, Kastamonu Taşköprü-Tekçam’da kurulan sarıçam (Pinus sylvestris L.) klonal tohum bahçesinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada, 30 klon ve her klonda 5 ramette klonların 2008 yılı çiçeklenme fenolojisi incelenmiş ve göstermiş oldukları farklılıklar tespit edilmiştir. 2008 yılında yürütülen bu çalışmada; erkek çiçeklerin ilk görülmeye başlandığı tarih 24 Nisan, polen dağılımının başlama tarihi 10 Mayıs olup; polen dağılımının tamamıyla sona ermesi ise 06 Hazirana kadar sürmüştür. Maksimum polen dağılım süresi ise 6-12 gün olarak gerçekleşmiş olup, toplam polen dağılımı 25 gün devam etmiştir. Dişi çiçeklerin ilk görülmeye başlandığı tarih 30 Nisan, polen kabulünün başlama tarihi ise 13 Mayıs olup; polen kabulünün tamamıyla sona ermesi ise 06 Hazirana kadar sürmüştür. Toplam polen kabulü 24 gün olmuştur. Maksimum polen kabul süresi ise 6-12 gün olarak gerçekleşmiştir. Erkek çiçek polen saçımı ile dişi çiçek polen kabul dönemleri arasında hem zamanlama hem de süre açısından bir uyum olduğu gözlenmiştir. Dolayısıyla çalışılan tohum bahçesinde üretilen tohumlarda, genetik çeşitliliği düşürecek ebeveyn uyumsuzluğu olmadığı söylenebilir. The study was carried out in Kastamonu Taşköprü-Tekçam Clonal Seed Orchard of scots pine (Pinus sylvestris L.). The study examines the flowering phenology of the 30 clones and 5 parents/clon in 2008 and determines the differences they exhibit in flowering phenology. The study which was carried out in 2008; it was found that the male flowers were first seen on April 24, the pollen distribution began on May 10, and completely ended by June 6. Maximum pollen distribution period was between 6 to 12 days and total pollen distribution lasted for 25 days. As for the female flowers, they were first seen on April 30; pollen reception began on May 13 and ended completely on June 6. Total pollen reception was 24 days, and maximum pollen reception lasted for 6 to 12 days. It was observed that there existed a relative consistency between pollination period of male flowers and pollen reception period of female flowers with respect to time and duration. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a harmony among parent trees in flowering behaviors to maintain the genetic diversity for the seed orchard.
