| dc.description.abstract | Bu calisma orgutsel kariyer yonetimi, is tatmini ve duygusal baglilik arasindaki iliskilere odaklanmaktadir. Calismanin amaci calisanlar tarafindan algilanan kariyer yonetimi uygulamalarinin orgutleriyle aralarindaki duygusal baglilik seviyesini nasil etkiledigini belirleyebilmek ve bu etkiye is tatminin herhangi bir aracilik etkisinin bulunup bulunmadigini tespit etmektir. Bu amacla Konya ilinde hizmet ve uretim sektorundeki farkli isletmelerde calisan 607 isgorenden anket yontemi ile veri toplanmistir. Hipotezleri test etmek icin hiyerarsik regresyon analizi kullanilmistir. Calismanin sonucunda hem genel is tatmininin hem de icsel ve dissal is tatmininin, orgutsel kariyer yonetiminin duygusal baglilik uzerindeki etkisinde kismi aracilik rolune sahip oldugu tespit edilmistir. | |
