DETERMINING THE AWARDS THAT PROMOTE WORSHIPS AND BEAUTIFUL ACTIONS IN HADITH AND AND EVALUATION IN TERMS OF FIQH

Abstract

Hz. Peygamber (s.a.v), Müslümanların vahye uygun hareket etmeleri için birçok uyarılarda ve teşviklerde bulunmuştur. Nitekim müjdeleyici ve ikaz edici olmak, Resûlullah'ın en temel vasıflarındandır. Bu makalede Hz. Peygamber’in ibadetlere ve hayırlı amellere teşvik içeren beyânlarını tespit etmek üzere İbn Mâce’nin (v. 273/887) Sünen’inde bulunan hadisler esas alınmıştır. Konu ile ilgili hadisler bazen tercüme edilip nakledilirken bazen de sadece mefhum olarak işaret edilmiştir. Bu yazıda Sünen-i İbn Mâce’deki hadislerde zikredilen başlıca teşvik içeren beyânların tespiti, bu ifadelerin hangi ibadetler için kullanıldığının örnekler verilerek açıklanması ve bu beyânların teklîfî hükümler açısından tahlil edilmeye gayret edilmiştir. Resûlullah’ın Müslümanları eğitirken başvurduğu yöntemleri tespit etmenin pek çok açıdan önemi bulunmaktadır. Hadisler fakihlerin fetva verirken müracaat ettiği aslî delillerdendir. Bir meselede farz, vacip, sünnet, mekruh, haram diye hüküm verilirken Resûlullah’ın konu ile ilgili beyânlarının ayrı bir titizlikle ele alınması gerekir. Müslümanları sâlih amellere yönlendirme amacıyla Hz. Peygamber’in kullandığı beyânlar bu açıdan ayrı bir öneme sahiptir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Fıkıh, İbn Mâce, İbadet, Teklîfî Hükümler, Sevap.

Hz. The Prophet (pbuh) gave many warnings and incentives for Muslims to act in accordance with revelation in their lives. It is the features of the Messenger of Allah to be heralding and warning. In this article, the hadiths in the work named Sunen of Ibn Majah (v.273 / 887) were taken as basis in order to determine the statements containing incentives for worship and good deeds. While the hadiths related to the subject are conveyed exactly as translation, sometimes they are only marked as a concept. In the research, the method of determining the statements containing the main incentives mentioned in the hadiths, explaining the examples for which the statements were used by giving examples and analyzing these statements in terms of the proposal provisions were used. It is important in many aspects to determine the methods used by the Messenger of Allah while educating Muslims. Hadiths are one of the main evidences that the jurisprudents applied while making fatwa. In a matter, when deciding as farz, wajib, sunnah, makruh, haram, the statements of the Messenger of Allah on the subject should be handled with a particular diligence. Statements made to direct Muslims to righteous deeds have a special importance in this respect.
