ÇAĞATAY TÜRKÇESİYLE YAZILMIŞ “KĀŻĪ BİRLE DŌZNIŊ ḤİKAYESİ” ADLI ESERİN SÖZ DİZİMİ ÖZELLİKLERİ (KELİME GRUBU İNCELEMESİ – ÇEVRİYAZI – TIPKIBASIM)

Abstract

Chagatai Turkish, 15th-19th in Turkistan. It is the name of theliterary language used between centuries. Chagatai Turkish,which was used only among the nomadic Turkish tribes at thebeginning, developed especially during the Timurids periodand spread to the whole region. In this study, word groups inthe work named “The Story of the Judge and the Thief”written in Chagatai Turkish were examined. looking at thelanguage features of the text, it can be said that the ChagataiTurkish belongs to the post-classical period. the subject of thetext is that a judge living in baghdad and a thief try toovercome each other with verses and hadiths.The study consists of three main parts. In the first part, wordgroups in the text were examined. All word groups in the textwere evaluated, statistics were drawn and examples weregiven. In the second part, the transcription of the text wasmade, and in the last part, facsimile was given. 13 differentword groups have been identified in the text. Of these, thehighest in terms of number is the adjective clause. The mostcommon word group after adjective clause is the compoundverb group. This study and the processing of such works interms of linguistics in terms of various aspects are importantin terms of revealing the depths of Chagatai Turkish.

Çağatay Türkçesi, Türkistan’da 15-19. yüzyıllar arasındakullanılan edebi dilin adıdır. Başlangıçta yalnız göçebe Türkboyları arasında kullanılan Çağatay Türkçesi, özellikleTimurlular zamanında gelişerek bütün bölgeye yayılmıştır.Bu çalışmada Çağatay Türkçesiyle yazılmış “Kāżī birleDōznıŋ Ḥikayesi” adlı eserdeki kelime grupları incelenmiştir.Metnin dil özelliklerine bakıldığında Çağatay Türkçesininklasik dönem sonrasına ait olduğu söylenebilir. Metninkonusu, Bağdat’ta yaşayan bir kadı ile bir hırsızın karşılıklıolarak birbirlerini ayet ve hadislerle alt etmeye çalışmalarıdır.Çalışma üç ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. İlk bölümdemetindeki kelime grupları incelenmiştir. Metinde yer alanbütün kelime grupları değerlendirilerek istatistikleriçıkarılmış ve örnekler verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde metninçevriyazısı yapılmış, son bölümde ise tıpkıbasım verilmiştir.Metinde 13 farklı kelime grubu tespit edilmiştir. Bunlarıniçinde sayı bakımından en yüksek olanı sıfat tamlamasıdır.Sıfat tamlamasından sonra en çok karşılaşılan kelime grubuise birleşik fiil grubudur. Bu çalışma ve bu tarz eserlerindilbilimi açısından çeşitli yönleriyle işlenilmesi ÇağatayTürkçesinin derinliklerinin ortaya çıkarılması açısındanönemlidir.
