Scopus Relationship between prospective teachers’ motivation for teaching profession and sense of efficacy(2020-10-01) Recepoğlu S.; Recepoğlu E.The aim of this study is to analyze the relationship between prospective teachers’ motivation for teaching profession and sense of efficacy. This is a descriptive research in relational survey model. The participants of the study are 521 prospective teachers at Faculty of Education in Kastamonu University in the 2013-2014 academic years. As data collection instruments, “Teachers’ Sense of Efficacy Scale” and “Teachers’ Motivation for Teaching Profession Scale” were utilized. Pearson product-moment correlation coefficients and multiple linear regression analysis were performed to analyze the data. When the research findings were evaluated, a significant and positive relationship was found between prospective teachers’ motivation for teaching profession and prospective teachers’ sense of efficacy at a moderate level. Prospective teachers’ motivation for teaching profession predicts prospective teachers’ sense of efficacy in a meaningful way. According to the research findings, it can be stated that prospective teachers’ motivation for teaching profession explains 17% of the total variance about prospective teachers’ sense of efficacy.Scopus The relationship between organizational health of the primary schools and teachers’ motivation(2014-01-01) Güçlü N.; Recepoğlu E.; Kilinç A.Ç.The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between schools' organizational health and teachers' job motivation. A total of 305 teachers employed in primary schools in Karabük participated in this correlational research. Organizational Health Inventory and Job Motivation Scale were used to gather data. Pearson product-moment correlation coefficients and multiple linear regression analysis were performed to analyze the data. Results indicated that all subscales of independent variable, organizational health, were positively and significantly correlated with the subscales of job motivation. Results also mirrored that organizational health was the significant predictor of teachers' job motivation.
