| dc.description.abstract | Kalkinma kavrami uzerine tartismalar 1950’lerde sistemli bir akademik ilgiye donustugunden beri kavramin anlasilmasi konusunda onemli gelismeler kaydedilmistir. Birbirine benzer evreler sonucunda ve ayni yontemlerle her ulkenin kalkinacagi yaklasiminin dogru olmadigi ortaya ciktiktan sonra, kalkinmanin zamana ve soz konusu ulkenin kosullarina bagli olarak gerceklestigi ve beraberinde toplumsal ve kulturel gelismeyle birlikte toplumsal adaleti de getirmesi gerektigi anlayisi ortaya cikmistir. 1970’lerin sonlarinda baslayan reform doneminde butun dunyanin ilgisini ceken bir ekonomik basari kaydeden Cin’in, ayni donemde esitsizlikleri ortadan kaldirmak, dolayisiyla toplumsal adaleti saglamak konusundaki performansi cok da iyi olmamistir. Bu nedenle, Cin’in reform tecrubesinin kalkinma tartismalari cercevesinde ele alinmasi onem kazanmaktadir. | |
