Abstract

In the planning, management and investment process, consolidation user preferences, and applicationoriented academic studies and merger experts implementation has great importance for the planning and application works continuation and success. Nowadays, for supplying the sustainability in recreation and tourism issues, alternative tourism types were developed in the rational land use planning concept. This alternatives and planning – management approaches determined with the land properties and land users preferences. In this regard it has great importance to determine the value that land use types, changes, planning and management approaches adds to the area. Within the scope of this technical note, it is aimed to share the results of the project titled “Determination of Economic Value of Göreme Historical Natural Park Due to Recreational and Tourism Use Purposes”(financed by TUBITAK project no: 106Y012) with academicians in the related fields
