Özet
Bu çalışmada, Osmaniye ilinde su ürünleri tüketimini değerlendirmek için 200 kadın ve 200 erkek katılımcıdan oluşan bir örnekleme üzerinde anket çalışması uygulanmıştır. Katılımcılar çoğunlukla 25-36 yaş aralığında (% 41,1) ve genelde üniversite mezunundan (% 55,1) oluşmuştur. Katılımcıların çoğunlukla 4 kişilik ailede (% 38,6) yaşadığı, % 31,7 oranla çoğunluğunun işçi olarak çalıştığı ve % 48,1 oranla ortalama 2500-5000 TL gelir düzeyine sahip oldukları tespit edilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre, katılımcıların % 58,8’i tüm et ürünlerini severek tüketmektedirler. Balık ürünlerini tercih etme nedenleri olarak ise lezzetli ve besleyici olması en sık rastlanan nedenler arasında yer almaktadır (% 70). Ayrıca katılımcılar, çoğunlukla (% 49,3) ayda 2-4 defa su ürünlerini tükettiklerini belirtmişlerdir. Bu tercihler arasında deniz balıkları % 86,8 oranla üstünlük göstermektedir. Deniz balıkları içerisinden de levrek en çok tercih edilen balık olmuştur. Balığı pişirmek için % 49,6 ile ızgara; satın alma yerleri olarak % 64,7 oranla balık hali; balık satın alırken % 73,0 oranla tazelik; tür olarak % 36,1 oranla hamsi; tatlı su balıklarından % 91,1 ile alabalık; tüketim mevsimi olarak ta en fazla % 38,9 ile sonbahar mevsimi tercih edilmiştir.
In this study, a survey study was conducted on a sample of 200 female and 200 male participants to evaluate the consumption of seafood in Osmaniye. Participants were mostly between the ages of 25-36 (41.1%) and generally university graduates (55.1%). It was determined that the participants mostly live in a family of 4 (38.6%), most of them work as workers with a rate of 31.7% and have an average income level of 2500-5000 TL with a rate of 48.1%. According to the results obtained, 58.8% of the participants like all meat products. The most common reasons for preferring fish products are that they are delicious and nutritious (70%). In addition, the participants stated that they mostly (49.3%) consume fish products 2-4 times a month. Among these preferences, marine fish show an advantage with a rate of 86.8%. Sea bass was the most preferred fish among the marine fish. Grilling with 49.6% for cooking fish; Fish market with a rate of 64.7% as places of purchase; freshness compared to 73.0% when purchasing fish; Anchovy with a rate of 36.1% as a species; trout from freshwater fish with 91.1%; Autumn season was preferred as the consumption season with a maximum of 38.9%.
