dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study was to comparison of predisposition ethical values and the 21st century competencies of midwifery and nursing students in Y and Z generations. A comparative and cross-sectional study was adopted. Data were collected between April and June 2022. The study was carried out a total of 258 students, 114 from generation Y and 144 from generation Z at the time of the research and who volunteered to participate in the research were included.
