Abstract

EĞITIM AMACLI ARM TEST SISTEMI TASARIM VE IMALATI Yapilan calismada 6/4 Anahtarli Reluktans Motor (ARM) imalat asamalari (tasarim, analiz, saclarin kesimi ve yalitilmasi, mekanik govdenin hazirlanmasi ve surucu kisim) tanitilmistir. Boylece ARM ile ilgili alanlarda calismayi hedefleyen arastirmacilarin yasadigi tedarik sorununun ozel imalat ile asilabilmesi saglanacaktir. Yapilan calismanin temel hedefi ARM ile ilgili egitim amacli deneysel duzenegin gelistirilmesidir. Ayrica ARM imalati esnasinda elde edilen bilgi birikiminin "Know-How" paylasilmasidir. ARM TEST SYSTEM DESIGN AND MANUFACTURING FOR THE AIM OF EDUCATION Within the study carried out, manufacturing steps of 6/4 Switched Reluctance Motor (SRM) (design, analysis, isolating and cutting process of hair, mechanical body preparation and the drive portion) are introduced. Thus, the supply problems for researchers who aim to work in areas related to SRM will be overcome with the custom manufacturing solution. The main objective of the study is to develop experimental setup for training on SRM. In addition, the knowledge obtained during the manufacture of SRM "Know-How" will be shared.
