The increase in industrial wastes, which are released to the naturetogether with the developing technology, seriously damages both the environmentand human health. The amount of waste materials is increasing day by day andthe storage areas are limited. Nowadays, some waste materials are used in theconstruction sector for their usability and recovery. The use of waste as arecycling material is known to be used in road construction as a contributionto the content of bitumen, which constitutes the majority of the cost ofasphalt concrete. In this study, the effects of modified bitumen on theperformance characteristics of asphalt concrete containing waste wereinvestigated. Samples were obtained with Marshall Design by using bitumenmodified with these materials and their results were evaluated. When the testresults are examined; it was observed that the Marshall strengths of themodified samples decreased in small amounts. However, all samples provide therequired standard conditions. In this way, both environmental waste isevaluated and sustainable life is ensured.
