SAĞLIK TURİZMİ KAPSAMINDA MEDİKAL TURİZMDE ÖNE ÇIKAN SAĞLIK UYGULAMALARI

Abstract

Sağlık, insan yaşamında çok önemli bir yere sahiptir. Sağlık, insanların yaşamlarını iyi bir şekilde devam ettirebilmesi için mutlaka göz önünde bulundurulması gereken mühim bir öge olarak görülmektedir. Sağlık turizmi, turizm çeşitlerinden birisi olup, bu turizm çeşidiyle ilgilenen ülkelerin ekonomik gelirlerine önemli katkılar sağlamaktadır. Sağlık turizmi alanında sunumu yapılan ürün ve hizmetlerin; yüksek kaliteli, istek-ihtiyacı karşılayıcı ve tatmin edici olması gerektiği düşünülmektedir. Ülkelerin sağlık turizmi alt yapı ve üst yapılarının zengin ve gelişmiş olması, sağlık turistlerinin ilgi ve tercihlerini etkilemektedir. Sağlık turistleri tarafından önemli olarak görülen sağlık turizminin alt dallarından olan medikal turizmin değeri günden güne artmaktadır. Sağlık turistleri çeşitli sağlık nedenlerinden dolayı seyahat etmektedirler. Sağlık turistlerinin istek ve gereksinimleri, bu turistlerin tercih aşamalarında yönlendirici ve etkili olmaktadır. Medikal turizm uygulamaları, sağlık turizmi açısından büyük bir öneme ve potansiyele sahip olmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, medikal turizmde öne çıkan sağlık uygulamalarına değinmek amaçlanmaktadır. Çalışma, derleme biçiminde olup, turizm ve sağlık konularında önemli görülen bir kaynak görevi üstlenmektedir.

Medical tourism applications have a great importance and potential in terms of health tourism. In this study, it is aimed to mention the prominent health applications in medical tourism. The study is in the form of a compilation and acts as an important resource in tourism and health issues.
