Social support can be defined as a complex of socio-psychological contributions of individuals,located in the environment of a particular individual,in the process of meeting the need for belonging to society or to organization and the need for self-realization. In this study social support is represented by support of colleagues,family support and support of a person of particular importance to this individual.Citizenship behavior is a collection of voluntary contribution to the development of the organization and relations with colleagues outside the formal role;it can be explained as individual behavior which express the willingness to make extra efforts on behalf of the organization beyond labor prescriptions.In this article citizenship behavior is measured in terms of citizenship behavior in relation to colleagues and citizenship behavior in relation to the organization.
