In the third chapter, the subjects of complaint in Sanjak of Kastamonu contained in the Anatolian Ahkâm Registers I and II are discussed. The categorical distributions of the judgments according to their contents are shown by creating tables and graphs. These data have been evaluated in separate headings. The issues on which the complaints of the people are the most intense and the solutions brought by the court to these complaints have been focused on. In the fourth chapter, the terms, place names, and officials in the judgments are explained.
