Web of Science Corporate social responsibility in hospitality and tourism: a systematic review(2024.01.01) Arici, H.E.; Saydam, M.B.; Sökmen, A.; Arici, N.C.Scholars have increasingly focused on the importance of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in the hospitality and tourism (H&T) industry due to its rapid growth and expansion. This study examined 192 CSR-focused empirical studies that were published in H&T journals. The report provides a comprehensive analysis by categorizing the data into several parts, such as publishing trends of CSR, segmentation by journals, theoretical frameworks, techniques, and CSR measurement scales. This study also develops a complex nomological network of CSR, examining its connections with the precursor factors, mediating variables, moderating impacts, and outcome effects. Key themes were identified using advanced thematic analysis techniques, providing crucial insights into the current status and future directions of CSR using Leximancer software. It is a technology that is becoming more widely used. This research aimed to identify the determinants of the usage of ChatGPT in the tourism and hospitality industry. For this purpose, a systematic literature review was conducted, and six determinants of ChatGPT usage were identified. These are experience quality, satisfaction, interaction, ethics, reliability, and design features. These determined variables affect the behavioral intention regarding the usage of ChatGPT. Within the scope of the findings, a model for using ChatGPT is proposed from the perspective of the Technology Acceptance Model. Determinants of the use of ChatGPT in the tourism and hospitality industry have been identified. Relevant articles were subjected to thematic analysis and themes were determined. These; quality of experience, satisfaction, interaction, ethics, reliability and design features. Araştırmaya İstanbul’da hizmet sektöründe faaliyet gösteren bir bankanın genel merkezinde görev yapan 267 personel katılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında, değişkenlere ilişkin ifadelerden oluşan ölçekler, ilgili banka çalışanlarına çevrimiçi ve yüz yüze uygulanarak veriler toplanmıştır. Yapılan analizlere göre tüm değişkenler arasında pozitif ve anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmaktadır. Ayrıca regresyon analizleri ile ilişki kalitesinin inovatif iş davranışı, örgütsel güven ve kariyer tatmini üzerinde anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olduğu; kariyer tatmininin de örgütsel güven ve inovatif iş davranışı üzerinde anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular, kariyer tatmininin, ilişki kalitesi ile inovatif iş davranışı arasında ve ilişki kalitesi ile örgütsel güven arasında kısmi aracılık rolüne sahip olduğunu da göstermektedir.Web of Science Sports tourism research: A bibliometric analysis and agenda for further inquiry(2023.01.01) Arici, H.E.; Aydin, C.; Koseoglu, M.A.; Sökmen, A.This study examines the origins, significant subjects, scientific advances, and future advancements in sports tourism research. We run a bibliometric analysis in R with the visualization tool Biblioshiny. The findings revealed four main clusters that have recently been examined in the knowledge domain: (1) sport tourist behaviors, (2) sustainable and economic development, (3) sports events and destination image, and (4) active-sport-event travel career progression. This study gives insight into the role of mega and small sports events in sustainable development in a tourist destination and identifies opportunities and limitations.
